Real jobs
What happened, where it was and how long it took. A photo without an explanation says nothing; this does.
Water damage
A slow leak under the sink soaked the base cabinet and the wall behind it, and mold set in. The cabinet and the lower drywall came out, the wall and floor were dried and treated, and the kitchen was left ready for the rebuild.
Mold remediation
A roof leak fed mold above the ceiling of this Orlando home. The room went under containment with the contents protected in plastic, the affected ceiling came out, and the exposed framing was treated and sealed before the rebuild.
Roofing
The old shingle came off down to the wood, the decking was checked, and new synthetic underlayment and architectural shingle went on across the whole house. Both drone shots are the same job: the crew mid-installation and the finished roof.
