Water damage
Water reached the kitchen and part of the living room. Extraction, structural drying with daily monitoring, and replacement of the laminate flooring and lower drywall.
Mold remediation
A roof leak fed mold above the ceiling of this Orlando home. The room went under containment with the contents protected in plastic, the affected ceiling came out, and the exposed framing was treated and sealed before the rebuild.
Roofing
The old shingle came off down to the wood, the decking was checked, and new synthetic underlayment and architectural shingle went on across the whole house. Both drone shots are the same job: the crew mid-installation and the finished roof.
